Built-up roofing systems are available from Isaacs Roofing & Sheet Metal in various thicknesses, finishes and number of plies. The top layer is often gravel surfaced, or may be smooth with a liquid coating. Most built-up systems are relatively easy to repair with common cement. Warranties are available from 10 to 20 years.
